Hi! I am Pastor Josh. I am married to my best friend, Sarah. We met during college and were married in December 2006. We have three children, Micah, Zachary, and Hannah.   

I highly value preaching the gospel, making disciples, and developing leaders.  Although I had little desire for education beyond High School, my wise mother pointed me toward college. The Lord called me to ministry while attending a local church in our city between my first and second years of college. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX. I earned a Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. The Lord led me to work toward a Doctoral degree ten years after finishing seminary. By his grace, I earned a Doctorate at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC, in December of 2022.  In short, I’m just a dude who loves Jesus and wants to help others know and love Jesus. I love pastoring and consider it the best job in the world.  I would be honored to have you join our congregation.
